Trib3 is committed to empowering women in fitness with an alliance with the Women in Fitness Association

(3-15-2022) Trib3 has partnered with the Women in Fitness Association (Wifa) to promote the leadership of women in this industry. Through a program, LEAD, they will be offered training in different facets.

With this collaboration agreement between both entities, Wifa will offer a set of training, events and ongoing support to empower women leaders and franchise partners throughout its organization.

Wifa will support Trib3 with expert training and development resources, including free LEAD program slots for women leaders across the business; grants that enable free Wifa membership for franchise partners and support team members, as well as networking and educational events.

The LEAD program is a 13-week personal development course that focuses on motivation and culminates in a personal purpose statement.

Platforms to elevate female leadership

Trib3’s director of marketing, Kirsty Angove, who is also a global ambassador for Wifa, highlights that this association will provide female leaders and franchise partners with “continuous support and resources to continue advancing in their development and connecting them with other women from all over the world.” the world”.
