(16-5-2022). Specialized continues to bet on innovating and would just add a new brand. In this way, it has created the Globe Bikes label, focused on electric transport bicycles. They assure that they will be “very resistant and durable”.
Globe’s goal is to reduce the number of car trips. To this end, the brand’s advertising shows a heavily loaded transport bicycle with particularly thick tires, although no brand logo is visible on the frame.
Based on this, from the German magazine Saz Bike, they point out that “a bicycle brand or a subscale and a commercial entity such as S-Works could be conceived, which develops especially sports products and whose writing always appears on the products together with the Specialized logo”.

Globe is expected to market a growing number of electric bicycles and their everyday and high-performance accessories. According to Specialized, Globe bikes are designed to “transport your family and your stuff.”
