Neymar Jr and Luís Suárez will wear Puma's Future Z 1.3 Instinct boots

Neymar Jr. has declared that “the boot feels like an extension of the foot, which allows me to play without restrictions. This is the key to my way of playing”.

(25-3-2022). Puma presents the edition of the Future Z 1.3 Instinct boots, packed with innovation and technology. The new generation of the Future model has evolved from its predecessor with a unique new look inspired by the best entertainer in the game: Neymar Jr.

This Puma Future Z model is designed to offer maximum agility. Incorporating the latest technologies, the new boot activates football instincts to attack opponents with all the confidence of a big cat, taking the game to wild new levels. The Future Z 1.3 Instinct edition will be worn by Neymar Jr., Dzsenifer Marozsán, James Maddison, Luis Suárez and Eugénie Le Sommer.

The cutting-edge Fuzionfit+ technology has been updated and improved. Specially engineered knit fabric now extends from the midfoot to the ankle collar opening for optimal fit and support and allows for lace-up or lace-up play.

The support adapts to the shape of the foot as the compression technology conforms perfectly to its contour. A lightweight Nano Gri insole is incorporated whose technology minimizes foot slippage within the boot, allowing you to maintain power transfer in explosive multidirectional movements.

Fuzionfit+ fabric uses a specific blend of polyester and spandex yarns along with special technical yarns to create the perfect balance of compression, comfort and durability for a second-skin feel.

The Future Z 1.3 also incorporates Advanced Creator Zones designed to improve ball grip and provide softness in the forefoot, which is key for optimal touch and control when dribbling, passing and shooting. Mesh material in the forefoot provides a thinner layer between the foot and the ball for increased touch sensitivity. The mesh pattern on the medial side provides maximum softness, while the 3D print on the lateral side allows for closer ball control. Patterns in the Advanced Creator Zones allow for unrestricted play, with a combination of grip textures that help you manipulate the ball.

A feature carried over from the previous model is the Dynamic Motion System outsole designed for optimal traction. The superlight PEBA sole, with its striking Z-shape, reduces weight and provides a solid base to generate accelerations, movements and develop devastating skills in all directions.

“The most remarkable feature of the new boot is the evolution of Fuzionfit+”, said Florian Nemetz, Senior Product Line Manager Teamsport Footwear. “FUZIONFIT+ compression technology has become very popular with our players because the adaptive fit provides a feeling of optimal fit of the boots. Player and consumer feedback has helped us develop the technology and improve the player’s ability to perform a wide range of multi-directional movement. New this year, we’ve developed Advanced Creator Zones to provide extra grip and softness in the forefoot, which has been another key insight from our players. This provides increased control and essential tactile benefits for dynamic gamers.”

“The team has taken everything to the next level with the new Future Z,” declares Neymar Jr. “The Fuzionfit+ now extends to the top of the foot and the compression is perfectly balanced, allowing me to feel comfortable and move freely. The boot feels like an extension of the foot, which allows me to play without restrictions. This is the key to my way of playing”.
