The Club Mar i Vent de Canet de Mar is finalizing the last organizational details before the imminent 2022 Catalan Championship for senior sailing that will be held next weekend.

(30-5-2022). A total of 84 senior sailing skaters are registered for the 2022 Catalonia Championship that will be held next weekend (June 4 to 6) at the Club Mar i Vent in Canet de Mar. The organization warns that it is close to expire the term to register without surcharge.

At the beginning of the week at the end of which the 2022 Catalan Championship for senior sailing in first and second category will be held, its organization, the Club Mar i Vent Canet de Mar, has provided the list of sailors registered so far .

At the moment there are 84 senior skid patterns listed, of which 43 are first category and the remaining 41 are second category.

The 84 registered patterns come from a total of 18 entities.

The club that, at the moment, contributes the largest number of sailors is the Club Mar i Vent, with a total of 14 skippers. After this is the Club Patí Vela Barcelona, ​​with nine, followed by the Club Marítim Altafulla, the Club Natació Badalona and the Club Nàutic Tamariu, with eight, respectively. Also relevant is the delegation from the Sant Antoni Sailing Club, which has so far provided a total of seven skaters.

EIGHT FORMER CHAMPIONS

Among those registered for this edition there are up to eight sailors who have won the first category Championship of Catalonia in one of its editions. In this way, it is worth highlighting: Albert Batlleriá, from the Club Natació Badalona; Oriol Castellà, from the Sant Antoni Sailing Club; Quim Esteba, from the Club Nàutic Tamariu; Adrià Gabarró, from the Badalona Swimming Club; Pau Gratacós, from the Club Mar i Vent Canet; Peco Mulet, from the Badalona Swimming Club; Anna Pujol, from the Barcelona Swimming Club; and Josep María Robert, from the Club Nàutic Sitges.

Renowned sailors such as Oriol Mahiques and Julián Vinué, both from Club Nàutic Sitges, have informed CMDsport that they will not be in this 2022 edition that will be held at Club Mar i Vent de Canet de Mar.

LAST HOURS WITHOUT SURCHARGE

Registration can still be made (until tomorrow, May 31 at 6:00 p.m.) with the standard price of 45 euros through the website of the Club Mar i Vent de Canet From the organization they have reminded that, from that day and time limit, the registration will suffer a surcharge of 20 euros, which would go from the 45 euros still in force to 65 euros.
