Fit4Life wins tenders for 477,000 euros in municipal centers in L'Hospitalet

(17-3-2022). Fit4Life has won the tender to equip, with 194 Stages bikes, several municipal sports centers in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, in Barcelona. The estimated value of the contract is 477,950 euros, with which the City Council wanted to promote the indoor cycle in its facilities.

After winning the award for the Sports Council of the City Council of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Fit4Life is finishing equipping six indoor cycle rooms at its municipal sports facilities. It has done this with 194 Stages SC3 indoor cycle bikes, linked to the Aplifit Play monitoring and gamification system to boost power-based indoor cycle training.

The facilities that are part of this tender are the Municipal Sports Center Marcel·lí Maneja, Gornal, Fum d’Estampa, Sanfeliu, Municipal Swimming Pools and the Municipal Sports Complex L’Hospitalet Nord.

The contract includes the supply, transport, assembly and installation of the 194 indoor cycle bicycles, the removal of the previous equipment. Likewise, Fit4Life will also be responsible for the maintenance of said material.

Complementary services

But the company has not only provided products to these six municipal centers, but has also provided complementary cycling fitness services to the L’Hospitalet de Llobregat facilities. This includes:

Training for the technical staff of these facilities through the Fit4life Academy. The Aplifit Play system for gamification, session design and virtual class programming. The BikeLive indoor cycle program, which will provide centers with even more tools to boost activity.

The estimated value of the contract is 477,950 euros, with which the City Council of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat has wanted to promote indoor cycling in its facilities and provide its citizens with the latest technology available in this discipline.
