Electric distributor Saesa named the best company to work for in Chile – Energy Magazine

According to the Ranking of Great Place To Work Chile, the electric company is awarded this recognition for the fourth consecutive year.

Santiago de Chile.- For the fourth consecutive year, Grupo Saesa is among the five best companies to work for in Chile, achieving 1st place in the Great Place To Work ranking. A recognition that the more than eight thousand workers of the electrical company received with pride and happiness.

“All of us who make up the great family of Grupo Saesa once again celebrate with great pride and great emotion the result of the tremendous commitment and joint work that has characterized us. We have given the best of each one to deliver all our energy to the thousands of homes in the south of the country, with an extra effort these last two years of the pandemic”, said the general manager of Grupo Saesa, Francisco Alliende.

Achieving 1st place in a year like 2021, where social distancing and the limited possibility of generating face-to-face activities due to the pandemic continued to be a constant, is a great recognition of the adaptation process and the positive cultural change that has been forged in time.

With more than 95 years of existence, Grupo Saesa promotes a work culture that is based on the connection with its clients, the care of its collaborators, excellence and a constant commitment to the quality of life of its users and people present in more from five regions of the country.

“Beyond the result, I can reaffirm that we work in one of the best companies in the country, and that is built by each one of us who are part of the Saesa Group. I thank all our collaborators for their contribution and unconditional dedication always, which is what sets us apart. This result motivates us and fills us with energy so that together we can continue to write a success story in this group of companies that we love and care so much for,” added the executive.

Grupo Saesa has more than eight thousand own workers and contractors, from Antofagasta to the Aysén Region. The key to this achievement is based on demonstrating a real concern for the people who work in the company, who, in turn, demonstrate a tremendous commitment to their work and to the company’s vision, which is to improve the quality of life of people and contribute to the sustainable development of the country, providing reliable and safe energy.
