Caledonian invests 3 million in one of the largest residential wellness areas in Spain

(21-3-2022). The residential development that Caledonian is building in Madrid will have an impressive wellness area with a 350 m2 spa with a heated pool, a 120 m2 gym and a 25 linear meter outdoor pool, all in 3km2 of landscaped areas.

The first residential development in the center of Madrid of the Spanish developer, builder and real estate company Caledonian, Caledonian Javier Ferrero, is aiming for 2022 as the year of completion of its works.

The development is presented leaving behind various individual marks that make it very special and long-awaited: it is the first incursion of one of today’s best architects -Brazilian Marcio Kogan- in the capital, it is considered the greenest residential development in the history of Madrid city thanks to its LEED Platinum pre-certification -the highest international sustainable distinction awarded to a property- and, in addition, it will have one of the largest wellness areas within the residential segment.

In this sense, Caledonian Javier Ferrero will have a 350 m2 SPA area, including a 14 linear meter indoor heated swimming pool that can be used both in summer and winter thanks to the installation’s retractable roof, Jacuzzi, relaxation area with water with fireplace and views of the garden, glass sauna, sensation shower, massage room, caldarium, hammam with starry sky and frozen water pool for contrast bathing.

A wellness offer that will be sheltered by a 120 m2 glass-enclosed gym equipped with the latest generation Technogym machines and special anti-impact flooring to reduce noise, as well as an outdoor pool of 25 linear meters flanked by almost 3,000 m2 of landscaped gardens and arcades designed by the award-winning international landscaper Isabel Duprat. The perimeter is so extensive that, for all those who need it, Caledonian has provided a micromobility service with electric scooters and bicycles within the urbanization itself.

These wet common areas will have a large number of changing rooms and their safety will be guaranteed through the opening of doors using an Ekey biometric fingerprint. A commitment to wellness and well-being that has meant an investment of approximately 3 million euros for Caledonian.

Caledonian Javier Ferrero owns homes in very different formats (duplexes, ground floor with garden, apartments, studios, penthouses…) from approximately 400,000 euros.
